“I went down a skirt size.”
“I really enjoyed the course and learned so much. I feel so much better, and I see a huge difference — I literally went down a skirt size. I’d bought new skirts in a medium not long before, and now they’re all too big on me. I’ve had every one of them taken in.”
You might be after your first or sixth birth. You might be three months postpartum or years past your last birth, but still living with symptoms you can’t seem to shake.
The prolapse, lingering belly pouch, and pelvic floor dysfunction have become part of your day-to-day life, and waiting for things to improve hasn’t gotten you very far.
Maybe you’ve tried exercising, or rebuilding your core with standard crunches and sit-ups, but nothing has changed. If anything, it feels like it’s getting worse.
Enter hypopressive.
Hypopressive is a core work method that specifically targets and boosts the deep core (deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscles) and reduces pressure.
Hypopressive uses specific postural holds and breathing techniques to work the body as a whole, engaging core and postural muscles, the nervous system and fascial layers. No bearing down, straining, or increasing abdominal pressure.
That’s what makes it so effective for a core that’s been weakened, or is carrying symptoms that haven’t resolved on their own.
The difference
There are many hypopressive resources out there, and you may be wondering what makes this one different.
Hypopressive is a powerful method. Done properly, it heals your core and gives you lasting results. Done without guidance, it can send pressure in exactly the direction you were trying to avoid and cause more harm than good.
Hypopressives and other core-healing practices can — and should — be adapted to each person. I tailor your practice to your starting point, pelvic floor health, and individual symptoms.
You submit videos of yourself practicing, and you get personal feedback on what’s working and what needs adjusting.
Mobility work, fascia release, 360 rib cage breathing, and pelvic floor adaptations are woven in, giving you a holistic approach to healing.
Hypopressive assumes your muscles already know how to coordinate, and for a lot of women, that foundation isn’t there yet. Instead of expecting a level of coordination that you may not have, I build it as we go, so it works on your core and your body.
Meet your instructor
Alongside many qualifications in the fitness field, I specialize in pre and postnatal training. I hold certifications from around the world and have years of experience working with women whose bodies have changed through pregnancy and motherhood.
What I kept seeing over and over, was women who tried every trick in the book but still felt stuck. So I built programs to help them heal their cores properly, and along the way started studying hypopressive.
What drew me to it was simple: Hypopressive reaches the deep core in a way traditional core work doesn’t. We live with so much pressure — lifting, carrying, exercising, pregnancy, childbirth, everyday stress — and our cores absorb all of it.
Hypopressive takes that pressure down instead of adding to it.
But the longer I taught it, the more I saw what most programs skip, and I built this course around fixing it.
I’ve helped over 1,000 women rebuild their core and feel confident in their bodies again. I’d love to help you too.
The rhythm
So, what does a hypopressive week look like?
Once a week, you’ll watch an hour-long class, filmed live with a real group of women, where we go through the new material together and I take you through it step by step.
Then for the next five days, you practice what was covered in class, using your guidebook to follow along. The daily commitment is just 12 minutes.
You’ll film two videos of yourself practicing and send them in. I watch every one, and you get feedback on what’s working and what to adjust before you build on it the following week.
That’s it. One hour-long class, five short practice sessions and two progress videos.
Everything included
Watch before you begin, so you arrive at the first class already understanding the method.
Tell me your starting point and symptoms, so I can personalize your guidelines from the beginning.
Each one builds on the last, instead of standing alone as separate workouts.
Keep the positions, cues, and practice notes on hand. If you’re in Israel, it will be shipped to your door.
Send in two practice videos each week and get personal feedback on both.
Every stage has options adjusted for prolapse, pelvic floor dysfunction, and where you’re starting.
A yoga block, resistance band, and fascia release cream, shipped to you before the course starts.
“Even my husband noticed.”
“I didn’t diet at all — I’m nursing full time, so I can’t. The scale didn’t go down a pound, exactly like you said it wouldn’t. But my stomach went down so much that even my husband noticed — and this is a man who wouldn’t notice a full face of makeup.”
Picture it
You get to the end of the day without the heaviness you’re used to.
You sneeze without thinking about it first. You laugh properly at something your kid says. You pick up the baby, the laundry basket, the toddler having a meltdown in the parking lot, and none of it comes with that internal calculation you’ve been making all these years.
You put on the skirt you haven’t worn for five years, and it looks amazing.
And most of all, you finally have a method that you can turn back to. A method that feels right, and feels like you’re doing good for your body.
Ten classes, twelve minutes a day, and personal feedback every week.
Real messages, real results
Is this for you?

Yes! Hypopressive is not exclusively for postpartum — it can be helpful to anyone who’d like to strengthen and heal their core.
No, it’s never too late to heal your core. In fact, many women who are years postpartum have completed and loved this program, and seen incredible results.
This is a beginner level course so yes, you can do it with little or no experience. However, sometimes, especially after multiple births or if you’re years postpartum and never worked your deep core, traditional core may be a better starting point to develop muscle awareness and coordination.
More than safe — hypopressive was originally developed to help women with pelvic floor dysfunction, and it’s grown from there into complete core training. It’s a powerful tool for prolapse symptoms, and your positions are adapted to your specific situation, which is exactly what the intake form and weekly reviews are for.
While this is a recorded course, it is not self-paced. Completing the course in 10 weeks will ensure the best results and lead to lasting change. If you do miss a session, pick up where you left off rather than skipping ahead, since each class builds on the one before. You’ll have access to the videos for a full year, so you can always go back and rewatch them to maintain what you’ve built.
You’ll get a welcome message with your intake form and your first two videos. Keep an eye on your inbox.
You’ve spent years managing something that doesn’t have to be permanent. Ten weeks from now, you could be on the other side of it.
